A speaker roster that keeps people leaning in.
The Rhetorik Roster is a curated group of high-quality speakers we recommend to event organizers looking for the right voice to activate their audience. Applications will open in 2027. Join the list to be the first invited to apply.
What It Is
A curated roster.
Let’s get this out of the way first: we’re not charging you for this.
We’re not a bureau that takes commissions from speaker fees or an agency that takes a cut when you’re booked. Those models prioritize speakers with the highest fees - we prioritize speakers that are the best fit for our event clients.
We’re also not a marketplace that opens up your profile to be endlessly pitched by low-budget events that do nothing for your bank account or your logo wall.
The work we do is matching. When an event organizer comes to us looking for speakers, we identify which Roster members are the right fit for what the event needs, make the introduction, and step back from there. Organizers trust the recommendations because the quality vetting has already been done.
What gets a speaker on the Roster is the quality of their work. Speakers earn their place by meeting the standard we’ve set, and that’s what makes the recommendations carry weight with organizers. They know the speakers we send have cleared a real bar before showing up in their inbox.
The Speakers
Who Fits On The Roster
The Roster is for speakers with experience and credibility to make people sit up and pay attention when they walk on stage. It’s for speakers who care about what their work does for the audience and have the skills to keep an audience leaning in until the last question is answered. Speakers who want to be paid in line with what their work creates, whether they're already there or working toward it.
The Roster is for speakers that deliver in all types of formats: keynotes, workshops, panels, fireside chats, and breakout sessions.
We match speakers to industry and association events, corporate events, and community events. The standard applies regardless of topic or field.

Sometime in 2027. We’re collecting interest now ahead of the launch. Waitlist members are notified first when applications go live.
-
More to come on this as we get closer to launch but it will include a readiness assessment, materials review, an interview, and more.
-
Nothing. There are no membership, application, or placement fees charged to speakers at any stage. We’re not here to take your money - we’re here to give our event clients access to an incredible talented pool of speakers.
-
Bureaus take commissions from speaker fees, which incentivizes placing whoever pays regardless of whether the talk works for the audience. The Rhetorik Roster takes no commissions and represents the event organizer and the audience.
-
Speakers with experience, credibility, and care about what their work does for the audience. Roster speakers treat speaking as professional work worth being compensated for and are in it for the long haul. We work across keynotes, workshops, panels, fireside chats, and breakouts at industry and association events, corporate events, and community events.
-
A recommendation when an event organizer comes to Rhetorik looking for the right speaker for their audience. Organizers trust the recommendations because vetting has already been done. They’re asking us who fits. Being on the Roster is what makes you a name that comes up in that conversation. Match volume depends on how often we’re sourcing for events that align with your work.
