Hi, I’m Emily Hall
MEET THE FOUNDER
Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with over 300 speakers, educators, consultants, and corporate clients (including national brands and global companies) in corporate and as a successful consulting + design agency owner.
But my real passion was putting people on the map through neuroscience-backed talk structure and design, so they could grow their business. I founded Rhetorik when I realized this was more of a yes and deal. Business owners want to have that talk. The one people keep talking about in the lunch break. But they also need a lot of help around getting to that point.
Business owners aren’t aspiring speakers. They’re business owners. They use speaking to grow the impact their company is already making. They’re grounded in reality, not trying to make $40K from one speaking gig. They simply want to be placed on the right stages to grow their revenue, without having to do all the work on the backend to line up those big opportunities.
I created Rhetorik to be the first full-service speaker agency that doesn’t just teach, it does. Because when a business owner is able to outsource the tasks around getting on stage, they can show up and share their magic– making it easier for everyone who needs to hear them, remember them and enter their world.
